Welcome to MackPrichard.org, a home for the amazing collection of photos, videos and field notes of Tennessee State Naturalist-emeritus Mack S. Prichard, a Memphis native who calls the entire State of Tennessee his home (at least, the natural parts!).

Over the coming months and years, the Friends of South Cumberland State Park, curators of this site, will be scanning, archiving and posting some of the more than 100,000 slides, dozens of presentations and countless pages of Mack's field notes, dutifully recorded during his more than six decades of service to the State of Tennessee, to Nature, and to like-minded environmentalists and conservationists across the planet.
